Patent law has long been a highly lucrative field, (an insider’s game for sure!), for the patent attorneys to play upon, but it is time that modern data management and communication took over.  The attorneys can still have a field day with the aftermath; it should be at least as lucrative, but with different victims paying their way.

Imagine; the innovators and producers will be able to rock and roll, and disputes will have relatively clear-cut solutions, without the miles of red tape currently hindering progress before the fact, and there will be a minimum of impossible mountains to climb for the small business entrepreneur, or even, gasp, an “induhvidual”.

Given an international network of unthinking robotic archivists, documenting “new”  to a level only nearly as full of minutia as Twits twitting their incredibly interesting lives to all their followers…

Never  mind that, on with the concept! …assuring that chronology and any clearly resultant intellectual ownership are more important that a fat checkbook, both before production, and after the rip-offs begin.  The act of staking claim in a timely fashion would be a launch point, not the frighteningly expensive and daunting process it is today.

I admit to looking forward to a time when the small business innovator can count on rationality, rather than beaucoup cash American, determining ownership, and restitution, when necessary.  My own vision of Jack the giant killer setting things right.

I must now confess, this is pure conjecture, not an iota of Mensa grade analysis has been applied to the supposition.

By announcing our trove as they did, they also very effectively sent a warning to all Al-Qaeda operatives, from the top levels down to recruits, no one could fail to learn and know.

The folks who should , (figuratively), be burning the “co-’ran”, (just a Southernism!), should be the peaceful, moderate, tolerant, freedom loving, human & women’s rights-protecting muslims.  [SHOK!]

Then they should take from it all the good things that support and direct the nouveau-devout to actually be peaceful, moderate, tolerant, freedom loving, human & women’s-rights-protecting, nouveau-muslims, and print a bunch of nouveau co-’rans.  They could surely include all the storybook fantasy moslemia such as the Disneyesque cartoon-land of Ara-be-ia, -an illusion that the LSM is already fully into.

That, with time, (couple of hundred years ought to do it, and should begin to allay our fears), could result in a “faith, or religion”, worthy of equality, and the respect of people of all other faiths, religions or the naught.

Uh, oh yeah.  I just have to add this;  They have to give up that completely whole-life, all-consuming doctrine of dominating the world, and the minds of all its inhabitants, with death the only option for (us).  That would include giving up the burning of thousands of Christian churches, in advance, for each co-’ran burned.

But after Egypt, Libya’s local chapter of  CAIRAB, (CAIR and the Brothers), saw an opportunity. And they have done so very much with it. Those rebels are mostly clueless, and apparently highly malleable, highly flammable.  With the Western/(and possibly Mid-East), Coalition providing the firepower, Khadify may indeed be history, possibly also assuming room temperature soon.

Khadhafy has been mostly noisy and harmless for the last couple of decades, unless you lived there and made too much noise!

Unlike Iran’s populace, who needed our support and didn’t get it, (the b-ho had his unspoken orders from the world faction that he respects the most), the Libyan rebels will be utilized to put in a regime we will in the long run, probably find a huge step in the wrong direction.

Somehow I don’t think the b-ho will be disappointed, though…

I wonder if, in the thirty years since the Model 1 was noticed to be likely to melt if the water ran out, anyone figured out how big of a reservoir and catch tank, would be required to keep the core cool while it was shut down mechanically.  Let’s see, perhaps even place that reservoir above the level of the cores, and the catch-tank below.

I wonder if they ever thought seriously about that mechanical shutdown;  The button to lower the control rods always worked before…

Sad to have only ‘that” in this time of so many crises.   Crises that cry out for a true leader, (with a moral compass and principles), that the founders of this country tried to ensure for us by laying a careful groundwork called the Constitution of the United States of America.

Obama: Anti-Israel, Pro-Islamist

This is really a depressing time for Americans who love their country. We have a president who does not act or think like an American – he does not reflect the American character nor our American values.

Now, for the first time in history, the United States of America will vote to condemn Israel in a vote at the UN. The UN is filled with anti-Semitic, Israel-hating representatives who have created an environment not dissimilar to that of the 1930’s when it was “fashionable” to bash Jews and to MURDER Jews.

This president is eaten up with hatred of Israel and Jews that he acquired as a card-carrying student of several prominent Marxists and leftist professors who influenced his early years. Combine that with his assuming the mantle of his father (who he never really knew) in his anti-Colonial struggle against Western Colonialism, and you have a president who represents more of the attitude of OTHER countries than that of the people of the US.

Not only did stupid people in 2008 vote for someone with NO EXPERIENCE in ANYTHING, but those same stupid people put an enemy of the US in charge of the US government, someone who thinks that the US is THE problem in the world.

His radical philosophy has brought America to its knees financially (we are only just BEGINNING this financial dénouement). His foreign agenda, born from Marxist ideological certainties about who is good and who is bad on the world scene, has been on display in the paradoxical support of the marchers in Cairo who will, almost certainly, end up creating an Islamic regime and in the total ignoring of the marchers in Teheran (who ARE marching for democracy against a theocratic, anti-Semitic dictatorship). He SUPPORTS those who wished to depose an ally in the peace agreement with Israel (Mubarak) but he will NOT support those who wish to depose an Islamic dictatorship that has threatened to MURDER every single Israeli citizen.

Do you think that you have awakened to an alternative reality? In two years, have we already become numb to the outrageous stands that this president has committed America to? Did you sign on to watch America stab its friends in the back (Great Britain, Poland, Israel, etc) or, on the home front, to watch a president drive the country into bankruptcy by spending money like water and making commitments to unions that are breaking the bank?

To hell with the election in 2012. This is an impeachment moment. Our president is doing most everything possible to diminish our country and weaken it for generations to come. It is time to unleash the investigative committees in the House to look into getting rid of this disease of a president. Yes, the sycophants in the Senate would never vote to convict, but at least the focus would be on the disastrous steps this man has taken to “fundamentally change” the United States of America.

President Obama is siding with Israel‘s enemies. He is slowly fracturing America’s long-standing alliance with the Jewish state and leaving it isolated on the world stage.

The administration recently told Arab governments Washington will support a U.N. Security Council resolution that stipulates the world body “does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlement activity.” The move is almost unprecedented. America has almost never publicly criticized Israel – our best friend in the Middle East and the region’s only genuine Western-style democracy – at the U.N. The reason: The organization is dominated by anti-Semitic, anti-American dictatorships obsessed with condemning the Jewish state. Israel is lambasted constantly while the rampant human rights abuses of other countries – especially Arab regimes, Russia and China – are barely noticed. The United States has opposed this double standard – until now.

The result will be to drive a wider wedge between Washington and Jerusalem. Israelis rightly will conclude that Mr. Obama is willing to betray a pivotal pro-American ally in order to appease the “Arab street.” Radical Islamists also will realize that Washington’s support is fickle; their dream of driving the Jews into the sea no longer seems unattainable. In fact, now it is entirely possible.

Mr. Obama‘s decision to betray Israel should come as no surprise. He is a privileged liberal who reflects the values and prejudices of the academic left. The cultural milieu of his intellectual formation was steeped in hatred of America and the West. His father was an anti-colonial socialist determined to destroy European imperialism. His mentor was Frank Marshall Davis, an avowed communist. His pastor was the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, a black nationalist known for his Jew-baiting. His seminal intellectual influences were revolutionary Marxists such as Frantz Fanon and Edward Said. They championed the belief – prevalent among college radicals – that Israel symbolizes Western subjugation of Third World peoples. In their view, it is a militaristic, quasi-fascist state based on oppression and Zionist expansion. In other words, for the hard left, Palestine is a continuation of the anti-imperial struggle – a mass movement for liberation from Western occupation. That is why progressives have only two real enemies: the United States and Israel.

During his presidency, Mr. Obama has appeased and emboldened radical Islamists. He has apologized for America to the Muslim world. He has prematurely withdrawn U.S. troops from Iraq, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. He has undermined President Hamid Karzai‘s government in Afghanistan, enabling the Taliban to make significant inroads. He has turned a blind eye as Turkey becomes increasingly Islamic and Hezbollah has taken control in Lebanon. In 2009, he did not lift a finger – or even say a word of encouragement – to the Green pro-democracy movement in Iran. When it came to supporting the secular, pro-American demonstrators of Tehran, Mr. Obama was stone silent. In fact, he publicly said Washington should not “interfere” in Iranian “internal” affairs. Even today, as brave Iranian democrats battle the forces of tyrant Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the president cannot muster the indignation he demonstrated toward former Egyptian autocrat Hosni Mubarak. Mr. Obama refuses to demand that the Persian strongman step aside – as he did with the Egyptian pharaoh.

The fall of the Mubarak regime signifies a major victory for the Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt’s military is in control. The top brass has promised to hold elections in about six months. The Brotherhood is the most disciplined, organized and effective political force on the Nile. It is the oldest modern Islamist movement in the Middle East, comprising a vast underground that has been patiently waiting to seize power. The Brotherhood is the future; secular moderates are the past.

The Brotherhood aims to erect an Iranian-style theocracy. Its founder, Hassan al-Banna, sought to imitate the fascist movements of the 1930s. Instead of desiring a world dominated by a German master race, he wanted a global caliphate – the restoration of an Islamic empire stretching from the Middle East to Europe. Last year, the Brotherhood‘s supreme guide, Mohammed Badie, said that the defeat of Israel and America could only occur “by raising a jihadi generation that pursues death just as the enemies pursue life.” The Brotherhood is a mortal threat to Israel and to the West.

Rather than confronting this ugly reality, the administration insists on whitewashing the Brotherhood‘s true intentions. Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper recently claimed that the Brotherhood was “largely secular.” At a Senate hearing on Wednesday, he said the group had no “specific agenda” and was “heterogeneous,” consisting of multiple political wings. Mr. Clapper is a liar and should be told to resign.

The Brotherhood has one primary goal: the destruction of the Jewish state. Its leaders call for scuttling Egypt’s 1979 peace treaty with Israel. The group openly glorifies Mr. Ahmadinejad and Iran‘s one-party, fundamentalist regime. Its Palestinian branch is Hamas, which is dedicated to the extermination of the Jews. By abandoning Mr. Mubarak, Mr. Obama has paved the way for the radicalization of Egypt. Israel now faces the specter of being strategically encircled by anti-Semitic bellicose states – Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, Bashir Assad’s autocracy in Syria and the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Behind them stands Iran. Mr. Ahmadinejad is inching closer to acquiring the nuclear bomb and fulfilling his vow to “wipe Israel off the map.”

The Jews are reliving the nightmare of the late 1930s. Except this time, it is Islamic fascism that threatens their very existence. They were alone then, and they are increasingly alone today. Mr. Obama has shown that Israel cannot count on the White House in its hour of need.

With a dedicated lab and the resources of a Soros or Arab financier, it probably goes without saying that there will be a birth certificate available, if necessary in the future, artificially aged to perfection.  It will be a far better document than the hastily-put-together, obvious forgery of a COLB they tried to foist upon us.  It was amateurish at best, and not even well thought out regarding the details.

I forsee one or two possible futures in which this newly produced, (as in manufactured), birth certificate would be shown but almost certainly not released for analysis.  Either enough pressure building from a populace that is tired of the evasion, or an internal tactic, -employed at re-election time, and orchestrated in any number of ways, could be the launching vector.

But that birth certificate is just one many, many facets of this wraith, that together point to an inescapable truth; the usurper is a shadow without substance, and would never have been elected, except as he was,  by the ignorant, unthinking, guilt-ridden, racially motivated, criminally abetted, and simply stupid voters who have now caused so much damage to this proud and wonderful country.

I am, more and more, with several high profile right wingers like Boortz the Talkmeister, wishing aloud that voting was an earned privilege, not given thoughtlessly to the masses whose only accomplishment is resisting the implosive forces of the pressure differential brought about by cranial vacuosis.

We must not relent; the dhimmicratic lunes have tipped their hand too visibly and we may take the House back.  The Senate is not out of reach.  The presidency itself might even once again be held by an American and a Patriot if the momentum holds.

Even then, we cannot let down.  The population shift, starting with the illegals we have now, which will surely be a voting block mostly defined as an enemy state within our own borders soon, will need to be addressed, beginning with the cessation of the “anchor-baby loophole”.  Sorry, couldn’t help myself, there.

The lack of an education system capable of reaching our Yutes, the lack of a technology base to set the pace for the rest of the world, the thousands-of-years-long onslaught of the Institution of hardcore shari’a, (which has nothing to do with religion, other than the cover provided by the mantle), and a myriad of other threats to this country must be fought and overcome, or we will fall further.

Well into WWII, despite the “America will never lose” historical sentiment, it was in no way decided in our favor.  It took a tremendous concerted effort to build up our forces to the point of prevailing.  Sacrifice at home was even necessary, beyond cutting back on trips to the mall and theaters.

I hope we can find our identity once again.  I hope the will to be a great nation again can be found in the citizenry we have now, a far different mix than was ever called upon before this chapter in the book that will one day be written, of a country called the United States of America.

This humble, obscure blogger has been a fan of yours from the day I first got to know you, (of course from afar! That’s why you don’t know me).

However, I have often said to others that I hope you don’t run for POTUS, but would instead choose to build your strength as a behind-the-scenes-operative to strike fear into the hearts of the international low-lifes of the earth, and the generally destructive US of American dhimmicrat lunes, as in Moonbats.  Oh, wait, the latter fit right in there with the former…

I would still vote for you and work for you if you ran, ( it actually evokes a great and wonderful approval of your candidacy within me, except in certain dark areas).

The world of devout, hard-core muslim men, middle-eastern or from elsewhere, -and there are lots of elsewheres, -and all who have been strongly influenced by these men of islam or their jihadii, will never consider a female Christian like you worthy of taking part in the process of shaping of our world, or even going to the ice cream parlor by yourself.  They will ridicule you before and after you show up, only performing a show for cameras, writers etc.

At least I don’t have to worry about you BOWING to them.

When I think of all the times the Hildebeast, -or worse yet, -M. Al(less than)bright, were in smoke filled rooms with such Neanderthal-like proto-humans, (bear with me here, I’m thinking images of hookahs belching the bounty of hashish, though I know it is just a fantasy of mine), or to be completely precise, with the truly evil ones in the world, I cringe.

Should you become POTUS, make sure a male, the likes of a Liddy melded with J. Bolton, walks in with you, to wreak havoc in those rooms.  Why not let yourself be the distant, aloof, feminine icing on their cake, when it will just kill them.  Oops, pardon that reference.  They’ll fear you no matter what their internalized doctrines are regarding your inferior gender!

Polite sheiks, and momentarily tolerant leaders from ‘societies’, (sic), consumed with child-lust, beastiality, and…,- oh yes, the complete domination, control, subjugation, and humiliation of their ‘own’, (sic), womenfolk, all will try to deceive you, as I know y0u know.  Just let it frequently leak out that you do know!!!
